Accessibility
We want anyone to be able to buy from this site, whatever they use to browse it. This page sets out the standard we work to, what we have built in, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when we have got something wrong.

1. Our commitment
CORDOVA TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS LLC, trading as Gleambay, is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control or reduced-motion settings.
Accessibility is not a project that ends. Every change we make to the site is checked against the measures below before it goes live.
2. The standard we work to
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the level referenced by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act in the majority of settlements and guidance, and it is the target we hold ourselves to.
3. What we have done
- Colour contrast. Body text is checked at a minimum of 4.5:1 against its background. Primary calls to action exceed 7:1. Nothing is communicated by colour alone — chemical warnings carry an icon and text as well as a colour.
- Text sizing. Type is set in relative units and reflows without loss of content or function up to 200% zoom.
- Images. Every product and content image carries descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Structure. Pages use a single H1 and a correct heading order, with landmark regions for header, navigation, main content and footer, and a skip link to main content as the first focusable element.
- Forms. Every field has a visible, persistent label. Required fields are marked in text as well as symbol. Errors are announced to assistive technology, described in words rather than colour, and tied to the field they belong to.
- Motion. Animation respects the operating system “reduce motion” preference. Nothing flashes, and the background video is muted, decorative and hidden from assistive technology.
- Focus. A visible focus indicator is present on every interactive element and is never removed.
- Language. The page language is declared, and we write in plain English — including in the legal pages.
4. Keyboard and screen reader
Everything on this site can be operated from a keyboard alone:
- Tab and Shift + Tab move through interactive elements in a logical order.
- Enter and Space activate buttons and links.
- Escape closes the search overlay, the cart panel and the mobile menu.
- Cmd/Ctrl + K opens product search from anywhere.
- The before-and-after paint comparison on the home page has a keyboard operable slider as well as a drag handle.
- The cart quantity controls, the Detail Finder options and every filter are standard buttons with pressed state announced.
The site is tested with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and with NVDA on Windows.
5. Known limitations
We would rather tell you what is imperfect than claim it is not:
- The before-and-after comparison conveys a visual difference that cannot be fully described in text. A written description of what decontamination changes sits directly beside it.
- Some product photography shows fine surface detail — water beading, swirl marks — that alternative text can describe only in general terms.
- The background video on the home page is decorative and carries no information, but it cannot be paused. It is muted, loops without flashing, and is suppressed entirely when reduced motion is enabled.
If any of these gets in your way, tell us and we will prioritise a fix.
6. Report a barrier
If you hit something that does not work, we want to hear about it. Email support@cordovatransport.shop with the subject “Accessibility”, call +1 417 237 9433, or use our contact form.
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. If you can include the browser and assistive technology you were using, that helps us reproduce it faster. We acknowledge every report within 1 business day and will tell you what we intend to do and when.
7. Alternative ways to order
If any part of the ordering process is not accessible to you, you do not have to fight with it. Call +1 417 237 9433 during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time) or email support@cordovatransport.shop and we will take your order, answer product safety questions and arrange payment directly. The price is the same, and there is no charge for this.
8. How we assess the site
We use a combination of automated auditing, manual keyboard testing and screen reader testing on every significant change. Automated tools catch perhaps a third of real problems, so manual testing carries the rest.
