1. About these terms

This site is operated by CORDOVA TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company trading as Gleambay, with its principal place of business at 1303 SW Santa Barbara Place, Cape Coral, Florida 33991, United States. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company; “you” means the person placing an order or using the site.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. What we sell — and what we do not

We sell consumer car wash and detailing supplies: shampoos, pre-wash foams, clay bars, waxes and sealants, wheel and tyre products, interior cleaners, glass products, microfibre textiles and hand tools. All liquid products are retail-packaged consumer household formulations.

We do not sell, and will not source for you:

• Any powered tool — machine polishers, pressure washers, vacuums, steamers — or any product containing a battery.
• Brakes, tyres, lighting, suspension, engine components, or any performance or modification parts.
• Industrial chemicals, bulk chemical concentrates, or any material classified as toxic, flammable, combustible or radioactive.
• Pesticides, research chemicals, or any product requiring application by a certified professional.

We also do not provide transportation, towing, chauffeur, courier, freight or logistics services, mobile detailing, or any labour-based service. Every order on this site is a sale of goods.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to place an order. You are asked to confirm this at checkout. Customers aged 13 to 17 may browse only with the consent of a parent or guardian and may not place an order. We do not knowingly deal with anyone under 13.

Cleaning chemicals sold on this site are for adult use. They must be handled, diluted and applied by an adult and stored out of the reach of children and pets.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point we may decline the order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

5. Pricing, currency and tax

All prices on this site are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are the price for the goods only. Shipping is calculated and shown before you are asked to pay.

Sales tax is added at the payment stage where we are required to collect it. Whether tax applies depends on your delivery address and on whether we have a tax nexus in that state, and this may change over time. It is each customer’s responsibility to confirm their own tax position where required.

For deliveries outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in our prices and are payable by you to the relevant authority. We cannot predict these amounts and we do not refund them if a parcel is refused at customs.

We take care with pricing, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken using the payment method configured for this store. Card details are entered directly with that payment provider — they are never entered on, transmitted to, or stored by this site. Your order is dispatched once payment has cleared.

Every purchase on this site is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no membership tier, no recurring charge, no stored balance and no loyalty points scheme. Nothing you buy here will bill you again.

7. Promotions and discount codes

• Free standard shipping applies to US delivery addresses on orders with a goods subtotal of $75 or more, before tax. The threshold is assessed after any discount is applied.
• First-order discount codes are single use, apply to one order per customer and per household, cannot be combined with another code, and have no cash value.
• Discounts apply to the goods subtotal only, never to shipping or tax.
• Where a promotion has an end date it is stated with the offer. We may withdraw an unexpired promotion if it is being abused, but we will honour any order already placed under it.
• Kit pricing already reflects a saving against buying the contents separately, and the stated saving is calculated from the current individual prices on this site.
• Free restock reminder emails are exactly that — free. Signing up costs nothing, obliges you to nothing, and can be reversed with one click.

8. Shipping and delivery

Full details are in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: we dispatch within 2 business days, we ship every order within 30 days of purchase or contact you with a revised date and the option of a full refund, and certain solvent-containing liquids ship by ground service only and cannot be sent by air.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

9. Returns, refunds and cancellation

There is no federal cooling-off period for online purchases in the United States. Our own policy gives you 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. The full conditions, including the important restriction on opened chemicals, are set out in our returns policy and refund policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Chemical products that have been opened cannot be returned or refunded. This is a safety restriction: we cannot verify the contents or handling of an opened chemical container and cannot resell it. Please check that a product suits your vehicle before you break the seal.

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched by emailing support@cordovatransport.shop with your order reference.

10. Safe use of products

You are responsible for using the products safely and in accordance with the label and the instructions on the relevant product page. In particular:

• Work in a well-ventilated area, wear gloves and eye protection, and keep products away from children and pets.
• Dilute strictly according to the label. A stronger mix does not clean better.
• Never mix products. Combining an acidic cleaner with a chlorine-based product can release hazardous gas.
• Observe the “do not use on” list on every product page. These restrictions exist because the product will cause damage — for example, water spot remover strips glass coatings and damages window film, and tyre dressing on the tread reduces grip.
• Store products upright, sealed, out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

11. Product claims and results

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we deliberately do not overstate them.

• Durability figures are indicative ranges, not guarantees. Protection life varies with washing frequency, climate, storage, mileage and how the product was applied.
• Nothing we sell is permanent protection. We make no lifetime, permanent or absolute claim about any product.
• We do not claim any product is incapable of damaging a surface. Abrasive and chemically active products can mar, scratch, dull or discolour a finish if misused, and the responsibility for testing first sits with the user.
• Product photographs are representative. Packaging, colour and presentation may vary.
• Our products contain no vehicle manufacturer logos, model identifiers or motorsport branding, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

12. Environmental and local rules

Vehicle wash water runoff is regulated in many US states and municipalities, and discharging it into a storm drain may be prohibited where you live. It is your responsibility to check and comply with local rules before washing a vehicle. We recommend washing on grass or gravel, or using a containment mat.

Where a product carries a California Proposition 65 warning, that warning appears on the product page and on the product label.

13. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews are open only to customers who bought the product through this site and whose order has been delivered. We do not offer discounts, free products or any other compensation in exchange for a review. We do not edit, reorder or remove reviews because they are unfavourable. If we ever publish a review that was given in exchange for anything of value, it will be clearly and conspicuously labelled. This follows the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.

14. Intellectual property

The Gleambay name, logo, site design, photography and written content are owned by CORDOVA TRANSPORTATION SOLUTIONS LLC and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.

15. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its databases.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site.
• Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Place fraudulent orders or use payment details you are not authorised to use.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this section.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for loss of profit, or for damage caused by use of a product contrary to its label, its stated surface restrictions, or the instructions on its product page.

Products are sold for consumer use on your own vehicle. We are not liable for losses arising from commercial or professional use.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your failure to comply with applicable environmental or local rules relating to vehicle washing.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of any order are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The state and federal courts located in Lee County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

19. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy, cookie, shipping, returns and refund policies, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site and any order you place.
